Out of a cooking rut and into fresh, delicious meals!
I don’t think I can say enough good things about this cookbook! It’s been a game-changer for our family, helping move us from boring, processed food-oriented meals to fresh, delicious and satisfying. My husband is thrilled to be getting more veggies in our meals again (which may sound crazy until you see how delicious Lindsay’s recipes make them). While I have sometimes have had to make accommodations for our littles’ preferences, it’s also easy to incorporate pieces of each meal onto their plates to encourage them to try and enjoy new things! The first section of the book is focused on the why and how to of meal planning and prep, and may seem a bit overwhelming if you’re not a planner type, but it contains so many helpful tips and makes prepping accessible. When you try these recipes (and I hope you do!), I strongly encourage you to do as many add ons and toppings listed as you can. They really make each meal over-the-top delicious!

    Most used cookbook ever
This is the best cookbook I have ever purchased. I use it almost daily. The recipes are the perfect balance of easy to prepare for busy weeknights, flavorful and healthy. The addition of easy meal prep options is also invaluable.

    Delicious and Easy!
I’ve only tried two recipes out of this book so far and they’ve both been winners. I’ve never made a sheet pan dinner with gnocchi but it was delicious. I thought it would be bland but it actually was super flavorful. It would be great to make for a large group since it took almost no time at all. The hardest part was chopping the peppers and onions. The kale Caesar was really easy as well! Trying the overnight muesli next!

    So good!!!
This book is incredible! The recipes are simple and approachable, and so delicious! I made the seared salmon burgers the past two nights and am obsessed! I never thought of trying salmon filets this way but it’s going to be my new go-to. Can’t wait to try more recipes in here!

Loved this cookbook with its easy instructions, but more importantly delicious recipies. So many great ideas with nutritional emphasis, easy substitutions, and ingredients readily available. Focus on freshness and lots of colorful vegetables, as well as meal prep menu plans got me excited to be cooking again- I want to gift this book to so many of my friends now because I enjoyed it so much. I also enjoyed how Lindsay made it personal with some favorites from her family.

Loving this book. Makes meal planning actually easy. Love that it helps set you for planning by the week and/or using it for new recipes. Also, the recipes don’t have long lists of ingredients, directions are easy to follow & most importantly they have so much flavour in them (particularly loving the Roasted Tomato & Bean Soup!! The thyme & combo of ingredients is amazing). Overall, this book is a big hit in our household so far. 🙂
