If You Want To Break Free From Negative Thought Patterns, Stop Worrying And Learn To Think Positive, Here’s The Right Book For You!

Do you find it hard to fall asleep because your brain won’t stop worrying?

Do you feel stuck in an endless loop of uncontrollable negative thoughts?

Do you struggle with problem-solving because you can’t stop overthinking?

You’re not alone. Around 18% of the population suffer from anxiety, and up to 73% of adults admit that they overthink.

In fact, our brains are wired to look out for potential dangers. We remember negative events more vividly than positive ones. We instinctively look for negative things and imagine worst-case scenarios.

This instinct is helpful when you’re lost in a jungle full of hungry predators.

But in our safe and comfortable lives, our negativity bias can get out of control. When you don’t have to worry about being eaten by a tiger, your brain might start worrying about your future grandkids’ careers or that awkward conversation that happened five years ago. If you don’t make a conscious effort to manage your negative thoughts, you’ll get lost in an endless loop of negativity – or, even worse, a downward spiral.

When your mind is engrossed in negative thoughts, it becomes blind to amazing opportunities that life throws at you. It becomes blind to possible ways of solving the very problem you’re worrying about. It becomes blind to the simple joys of life and ends up depressed.

But what if you could eliminate negative thinking?

What if you could stop thinking about problems and start solving them?

What if you could love and appreciate yourself instead of beating yourself up?

Derick Howell, an anxiety coach with decades of experience, is here to help you.

His insightful book will help you banish negativity from your life and learn to love yourself.

Here’s a sneak peek of what you’ll find in this book:The mistakes you’re probably making when dealing with negative thoughts13 simple ways to clear your mind and relax when you’re getting anxiousThe easiest therapist-approved way to change your thought patternsA step-by-step guide to building positive thinking habitsThe surprising reason why thinking about problems won’t help you solve themMind hacks that will help you overcome worry and stop negative thinkingA complete guide to cultivating self-love and breaking the spell of negativity

  1. PAT MITCHELL

    Excellent Book
An incredible book to identify the reasons for negative thinking and how to eliminate negativity out of your mindset. Written over 10 chapters, the book does a great job of providing effective ways and solutions to get rid of negative thinking from your life. The highlight of the book was to follow recommended solutions like: surround yourself with positive people, go creative, go for walks, practice self love and positive affirmations. A very pragmatic and easy read, yet must-read book. Highly recommended.

  2. Customer

Great book and easy for teens-adults to read
This is a great book and easy for teens through adults to read. It was not too long, overwhelming or difficult to understand. This was easy enough for my teen. Very great concepts that we will be holding on to.

  3. Em Love

Good book, good research, solid tips
This is a no fluff, to the point kind of a book, that focuses 100% on information. What I liked is that each chapter is followed by a short summary which helps consolidate what you learn.I would recommend this book to anyone looking for natural ways to get out of their funk and embrace positive thinking. Also, if you prefer books that don’t share personal stories and anecdotes, then this is the book for you, because it only focuses on the info and research. No personal stories in this book.Oh and it can be read in 1-2 sittings while giving you practical tips you can immediately apply to take control of your mind.

  4. Luzmarina Monson

    Easy read
We read this book in my book club. Full of great, practically advices.

  5. Ghipster

    Great book, Poorly Constructed.
This is a bit ironic but this book is bringing out my negative emotions. The book itself is great so far, but the pages of said book aren’t even attached. The binding glue was not great and so I have a loose leaf memo to read.

    Definitely a must read!!!!

  7. Wellness Guru

A Practical Guide to Decreasing Negativity
Practical strategies to calm the negativity in our life. We live in very turbulent times and this book is a really useful tool to calm the inner demons. Short and well written. Good for calming anxiety and eliminating negative self-talk. A good read for anyone struggling with negativity.

  8. Super Shopper 56

    Positive insights into negative thinking
Considering the turbulent times we’re living through, this book is a welcomed insight into controlling negative thinking. Which, considering both the social and political stresses of the day, is really saying a lot. Fundamentally, though, this book is so much more than just another rub-of-the-mill self-help narrative, it actually has scientific justifications backing up its guidance; all of which are sound, and many of aspects of which I will be practicing in my own life from here on out. In short, if things have been stressing you out lately as much as they’ve been stressing me, I highly recommend you give this a read.

  9. Krisztina

I love this book when I read it through I learned a lots of things about myself. I used to think negative as well I still do and have depression sometimes but I am trying to improve myself. This book is full of important information about how people don’t realise they are in depression. They try to hide it and think it will disappear and feel shame to talk about it. The author explains when you try to run from your own thoughts it will hunt you down either way. To heal your mind you need to accept it which condition you are in first and than think about how can you be yourself again. People go for drinking smoking as a relief from their stress and become alcoholic or drog addict instead of try to sort the matter. The power is in you. You need to be around positive people who appreciate you and you feel good with them. Don’t need to over think simple matters just let it go. You are not in control about everything we are human we all make mistakes sometimes you just accept it and step forward. Easy to to say than do right? Most of us try to be perfect and want to look perfect as well. We are just humans we fail sometimes it’s completely fine just carry on doing and you will achieve your goals strive for it, it will be yours for sure. Overall I loved the advices in the book I highly recommend this for everyone.
