I knew I needed
This year has been one for the books. A whirlwind to say the least. I had an overwhelming feeling of losing myself in the chaos and what was second nature to me calmness and zen completely drifted. I was mindlessly scrolling after journaling my desires and intentions when I stumbled across this ZEN TO GO sample. God sent right!? Those 24 pages literally brought me back to what was once familiar. When I say the sigh of relief was just that, a relief. Man!! Looking forward to lighter days.
