A fantastic beginner cookbook with delicious food
I adore this book. I’ve always been a kitchen disaster, and this book has helped me overcome not only my reluctance to cook, but my expensive reliance on fast or convenience foods. Though I only wanted to eat healthier and incorporate more fruits and veggies in my diet, I’ve dropped 25 pounds in six months. It’s made hectic work/school/practice days easier to manage and I’ve introduced my family to some new favorites. I’ve recommended this book to no less than half a dozen people. The attached photo is my result of the cookbook’s blackberry-bran muffin recipe.

Great starter book.
It was a little tricky flipping between pages to make mini recipes within recipes but I got the hang of it. I did have to make a lot of substitutions for the quinoa grain that many recipes called for since my family doesn’t care for that grain. And Farro was another grain I had to sub out since it was difficult to locate at several markets I went to. But so many more recipes were very delicious like the lasagna, chicken pot pie and the sweet potato white bean and kale soup. I will check out more of her books.

Love It
I love this meal prep book. I have never owned a meal prep/planning cookbook before, so this is a nice book to start with. Plus the recipes are easy to follow. It was a little confusing at first because the “sides” recipes are found in the back of the book, rather than with the “main” recipe. The thing that I love the most about this book, is it tells you how much of each food to place in your meal prep container. I don’t have to do any guess work as to how much I should eat each meal. It’s really nice!Love this book! Will definately be making more of these recipes in the near future!

Book was used
I like the contents of the book, my issue is that I purchased a new book and it was obviously used as it had a number of pages folded in the corners. The cover also isn’t in the best shape.

Easy
Bought for my child (early 20s, single). Easy prep meals . Just glancing it looks like simple ingredients and not too expensive. Breakfast, lunch, dinner & snack recipes.Only gave 4 because some picky eaters may not like a lot of recipes.

This book is great. It has tips for meal prepping, substitution suggestions and nutritional values. It has recipes like peanut butter & banana oatmeal, breakfast cookies, beef and mushroom stir-fry over brown rice and lentils, chicken pad Thai and slow cooker sloppy Joe’s. My kids love the peanut butter & banana oatmeal and my fiance loves the beef and mushroom stir-fry. There’s something in this book for everyone.
