    Great Book for Teens
    As the book suggests in the beginning, this is a guidebook for creating one’s future. This book offers an easy-to-follow yet comprehensive look at the concept of a growth mindset and how it is superior to a fixed mindset. In addition to just explaining these concepts, the book explains why a growth mindset is valuable plus (most importantly), how to achieve it. There are specific strategies and activities presented within the book to help the reader move into a growth mindset mentality. There is also a brief reference list at the end that offers opportunities for deeper enrichment in the topic. (Although, I am surprised Carol Dweck is not listed there.) Overall, it is written so that teenagers can easily relate to these concepts. However, it is a valuable book for adults as well.

    This book gives the tools to accomplish new things we do not know anything about…YET!
    I initially bought this book to learn how to support my daughter in her teenager years, but at the end it turned out to be a great help for myself as well because while I was reading it, I thought about different areas in my life where sometimes I still struggle. The exercises that the author provides are very helpful. The book gives me the courage and the practical tools to accomplish in 2025 those things that I have always put aside because I was approaching them with a fixed mindset. But now I feel the confidence, the courage and the enthusiasm to try new things I do not anything about…YET!

    “Growth is a Lifelong Journey”
    That phrase continues to resonate in me. Although this book is written for teens it doesn’t mean that you won’t get something out of it. I am a senior citizen and I can tell you there are ideas and concepts in here that are good for anyone. Even though you may think “I already know that” we all need reminding – and encouragement. This is a good book, I think one of Ben’s best yet.
