Finding peace and joy in a journal!
This is an absolutely simple, yet powerful, journal. The short reflections, for each week, give such clarity and strength in understanding mindfulness. The weekly topics somehow cover so much of our daily life, and the writing prompts just invite you in to write. I have only completed a few weeks, and yet I have the inspiration of the prompts and reflections, readily available in my memory when needed. Prior to this journal, I was getting more and more stressed and worried. After just a few pages, I learned to relax and focus. I have already ordered the book for one friend.

    Great workbook to increase mindfulness.
This is a wonderful workbook that will help you better enjoy your life. As a retired therapist I think it is well done, comprehensive, and easy to use.

    Buy it right now!
I am currently on week 5 and so very thankful that I bought this book almost a year ago now. It took me some time to finally start it, but once I did I have done it every day since! The prompts are so simple, and sometimes repetitive, but it gets me to stop and think for a moment, relax my mind and journal! I never enjoyed or could constantly journal before. With the prompts and different weekly tools to work on I am finally gaining back control in my life. The biggest blessing was buying this book and digging in. It jump started the next chapter in my life and I’m forever grateful!

    Great guided journal
365 days of slowing down, focusing on the present moment, and setting your intentions- just what I needed. I juggle a full-time job, graduate school, and life and I tend to keep going at break-neck speed until I crash. After setting a goal to slow down and appreciate the present instead of focusing only on the future, I went searching for a guided journal. I am 100% a verbal processor, and writing things down helps me to put words to how I am feeling & thinking. That being said, it is stressful for me to sit down with a blank journal and know what to write. That is one reason why this journal is so helpful- the daily prompts allow me to de-stress and simply write a response. Each week the journal provides a weekly “theme”- for example: gratitude, practicing slow work, mindful movement, noticing moods, just to name a few. There is a short write-up of the topic plus a suggested best time to journal. Then, there are 7 daily prompts that revolve around the themes, allowing you to take a full week to immerse yourself into the topic. As a type ‘A’ person, I appreciate the structure and organization of this book and the opportunity to spend a full week on a topic instead of bouncing around daily. If you are wanting to slow down and take at least 10 minutes for yourself each day, while maybe discovering something new about you- this journal is for you!

You want to buy a book about mindfulness :this the book to choose!
I have read many very good books on this subject and it can be a bit overwhelming not knowing exactly where or how to start. This book will actually guide you for 365 days very smoothly, giving you every week a different subject to target: gratitude, body awareness, noticing thoughts, mindfulness in your daily routine, 10 minutes meditations, inspirational reading…etc and daily you will have a very specific task to work on plus a space to journal on how you felt and dealt with the activity.Learning mindfulness is actually something very hard and you can only start by practicing it daily in very tiny steps , like you would prepare yourself for a triathlon. The fact to be able to journal forces your mind to be present and the brain to slow down and better organize your thoughts and feelings in order to really be able to do a profound work of love for yourself: physically , emotionally and spiritually.Absolutely love this book it is a jewel to own do not miss it! Congratulation for the authors they really created a master piece!

Wonderful book to work with conjunction to recovery process
I think the size of the book is perfect, its bigger than the average paper back book. I started using it at the first of this year and the first day I noticed how it help me to stay focused and very productive. I’ve been in the recovery process for 8 years and I would highly recommend this book to use in conjunction to the process of recovery. If we have been through some traumatic experiences in our life like growing up in dysfunctional family systems then we have to deal with our past or it will always be in our present sabotaging our future. Bypassing this process and just trying to be positive and grateful will only keep us stuck, this isn’t just for the average person but for believers as well. If you have been through a lot of things in your early stages of life I highly recommend the book by Pete Walker Complex PTSD. It’s very profound book to read to truly understand why life doesn’t seem to work for some of us and he has many go to pages when we are struggling and seem to put our finger on it to helps in those very difficult and confusing moments. His book has turned my life right side up and now I have become a better friend to myself and others and to be able to handle life circumstances like a champ. So as a person on the most exciting and most challenging adventure of her life of recovery and self discovery this is a wonderful book to add the mindfulness journal. Its simple but powerful task that only takes a small amount of our time to make a big difference in our life. And like the author says mindfulness habits reshape our lives, I am living proof!!!!

Great content, but not very writer-friendly
This book offers some great feelings for healing the soul, and daily inspirational quotes. Unfortunately, while there is plenty of writing space to record thoughts, the build of the book makes writing in it difficult. It’s just one, single-bound thick paperback, which means you can’t lay it flat enough to write very well in it without practically destroying the binding, and pages are likely to fall out in sections after a while the way they tend do do with that type of binding. I chose to return the item when I saw how the book was bound. This would have been much better published as a spiral-bound journal.

Honestly this exceeded my expectations, it’s a lot bigger than I thought it would be and the guide about how and why to use it was really helpful and the daily prompts of what to write about help rather than trying to pluck something out. Also a website with extra materials… I actually bought this for a birthday present and when it arrived I immediately ordered another for myself ❤️ BRILLIANT

Decided to start using this book for the new year and so far it is great. Really prompts you to think about gratitude etc. Highly recommended.
