    Great tracker for you everyday wellness!
    OMG! This wellness planner was perfect for what I was looking for. I purchased one for my husband and one for myself. We both go to the gym most days. The notebook has a fitness tracker for each day to record your workouts (exercise, number of sets, and weight used. We also wanted to start keeping track of what we are eating each day (for macros, and doctor). It has a very well laid out page for each day to record food and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks along with water consumption count, your sleep, mood and energy.Quality is very good as it has a harder plastic cover on the outside. I love being able to go back to check my progress. Mine is pink and hubby’s is black.

    This food diary is so helpful. It has everything I want to record without a bunch of unnecessary stuff. It’s very clean layout but with enough space to write what I need to. I feel like I could have designed it myself for my exact needs. Plus the price is super reasonable. Very pleased with this tracker/food diary.

    This journal is great for the beginner or the what the hell have I been putting in my face kind of person.I would actually say that it is well made “sturdy construction”,You have plenty of writing room.It’s a really nice mid size.( Not so small you can’t write in it and not so big you feel like you’re carrying around a 1900s accountant log book!)Extremely cut and dry. If you’re looking for something to just log food and your fitness track without a bunch of hoopla, I highly recommend .

    The quality of this product is great. It has sufficient writing space, tracks the essentials for weight loss, was a great way to stay organized, and was easy to use. Overall a great product but I gave three stars because I could have done something very similar on my own with a blank notebook.

    Great for beginners like me!
    This is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve recently started watching what I eat and exercising and I had a notebook for workouts and a notebook for meals, and this just makes it so much easier having it all in one place. I will say that the paper is thin so be careful what pen you use. I used a Bic Gelocity (which is my fav pen) and you can see it on the other side. Other than that, this book is great! I really like that it has a section for fiber on the macros pages because most of the nutrition books I’ve found don’t have that! 10/10. I will purchase again when I fill this one!
