Exactly as describe and just what I needed
A simple, easy-to-use, top-bound spiral tracker notebook, each page is single-sided and instead of a typical cover, there is a clear plastic cover that protects the pages from liquid spills. It’s just a little larger than a normal steno pad, the colors are clear and not distracting, and each section is clearly defined. I really like this notebook because it’s exactly what I need to help track my macros as a post-bariatric surgery patient.I wish the back cover/page/cardboard piece was a little thicker. As it is now, it’s a little floppy, but there is nothing that prevents me from using it. Also, if it were a full 60 pages so I can use it for 2 full months, that would be even better!

Helps you keep track of your diet easily
These are a must if dieting or trying to eat healthier. I have type 2 diabetes and I’m trying to eat healthier and maintain my glucose levels. I’ve used apps to track what I eat, but honestly they don’t work for me. I prefer to write things down; for me it’s more simpler than using an app. I have the pad right next to the fridge when I eat, so I never forget as opposed to an app hidden in my phone and easily forgotten also. The journal is spiral bound, visually appealing with bright colors, plenty of room to write, an easy layout, and good quality paper. I’m very happy with my find!

A nice food journal for short-term tracking
For those who are tracking their food and snacks, this is a nice product. There is space at the top to write the date, weight and such. There is adequate space to list your food for 3 meals a day. There are also water tracking icons at the bottom of the page. The paper is a nice weight. I’m puzzled about the quantity of pages. It seems like there should be more than 52 pages which only equate to 52 days…just just over 7 weeks. It’s an odd amount in my opinion.

..
I like it in the fact it’s spiral. However. The only thing I track is carbs and there’s no alotted place for the amount of each item

Really helping to keep track of my eating habits
It’s not cluttered with fluff just clean, structured pages that make it easy to stay consistent. The daily layout gives you enough space to track meals, water, goals, and progress without feeling overwhelming. The paper quality is nice and doesn’t bleed through, even with gel pens or markers. The binding feels sturdy too, which matters if you’re actually going to use it every day. I like that it’s set up for 52 weeks it’s clearly made for long term habits, not a quick fad.

Just what I needed.
I’ve been trying to track the calories I’ve been eating but I found it difficult to keep up with just using a notebook, so decided to give this a shot. I love the layout and it seems to make things a lot easier for me to actually keep up with tracking my calories. The page has enough room for 6 food items for each meal which is usually enough. It’s nice that there are columns for carbs, fat, and protein, in addition to calories so that’s a bonus. It also allows you to easy track the number of glasses of water you drink a day, if you wish to track that. Overall, it was just what I was looking for.

Perfect for tracking daily macros without an app!
I like the simplicity of being able to track my macros and food intake without needing to log everything on my phone or in an app. It’s exactly what I need to help maintain my weight and have a visual record of what I eat, in case I start to see “unexpected” results. Writing things down helps me focus on the little things and make adjustments more quickly than just guessing.I appreciate the color-coded sections and the simple layout, which is free from unnecessary clutter. The only con I see is the overall size. It’s a little big to take with you. This is more suitable for home use than for travel or dining out.

Simple but Complete
This is a great food diary. It’s simple but complete. I like that there are extra spaces unmarked for me to track other particulars of my diet, like sugar, potassium, and phosphorus. It’s almost enough to track meals for two months. It’s nice that a whole day of meals is tracked on a single page to view the entire day at a glance and easily tally up the day’s total values.
