Ok beginning smart ring, but….
I have had this ring a grand total of 6 weeks. It is fully charged, I’ve updated the app, but for some reason, it refuses to consistently sync my sleep. One day it will list the length of my sleep, the next day it will say I had 28 hours of “light” sleep, the following will say I slept 0 hours. I am tired of the glitches. I initially purchased to see if I would even like wearing such a bulky ring, however, I hardly noticed it. I did have to charge it every 4-5 days so the battery life wasn’t too bad overall, definitely doable. Another glitchy area had to do with my steps – it always seemed to be about 2k steps below my smartwatch and I feel like my watch is fairly accurate.____Update: 9/23/25:Well since my review, the ring has stopped working completely. However, I will say that the seller immediately reached out to provide a complete refund – so kudos to them.

Nice looking, easy use, good step tracker but lacking for sure.
This is an attractive-looking ring for sure! Easy to set up, and yes, no subscription fee! I have been wearing this ring since July 16th. The step tracking is excellent, no issues at all. The problem here is that the sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring are not accurate at all. Very spotty. Also, the limited number of sports you can track for activity (for me, anyway) is not ideal. Another beef for me, tells me battery is low but does not tell me what % I have left. If you want a good-looking ring, with no subscription fee and a great step tracker, then this is the ring for you. I will have to spend more to get more.

Better than a watch or carrying phone
I found this much easier than a watch or carrying my phone. Syncs great with my iPhone. Water doesn’t seem to effect it and I wear it in the shower and when I sleep. Tracks everything I need.*broke after 3 months
