I would note that the beverage needs to be warm or hot for it to blend and dissolve completely. It tastes like a warm fall day. With Collagen, Cinnamon, L-Theanine & 4 in 1 Functional Mushrooms, MCT and sugar free. 30 servings at about 83 cents each. A bit pricey, but the ingredients are quality.

Mild Flavor, Low 2g Protein
So, this product is called a “protein coffee creamer.” High-protein coffee creamers typically contain 8-10g protein per serving, while this only has 2g. Most traditional coffee creamers contain close to 0g protein per serving – for example, powdered creamers usually have around 0.1-0.14g protein per teaspoon, which means calling this a protein coffee creamer is kind of stretching it; I would remove “protein” from the title.The flavor it imparts to my hot camel milk is very subtle and understated. I used one scoop for 8 fl oz of milk. The cinnamon flavor was barely noticeable. The powder also tended to settle at the bottom of the liquid almost immediately after stirring. Even when I sipped the last drops where the cinnamon bits collected, there was still hardly any flavor.In terms of texture, the powder didn’t really change the milk at all. The only noticeable effect was the presence of cinnamon particles that sank to the bottom. That said, the powder did dissolve well overall without leaving clumps or graininess.I believe the L-Theanine did have a mild calming effect after I finished the drink. My anxiety felt slightly softened, the edges rounded out.The product is made in China and has a best-by date of 08/07/2027 (two years from now). The press-to-close seal was perfectly intact before opening; no powder had gotten into the tracks to compromise functionality. The formula is truly sugar-free, keto-friendly (3g carbs) and non-dairy. The serving size is practical and should last about a month with daily use.The price of this creamer ($25) in terms of quality and quantity is reasonable value. It isn’t amazing value, even bordering expensive at about $0.83 per serving, but it does include collagen (great for skin and joints) as well as a calming blend of adaptogenic mushrooms and L-Theanine. It’s not high in protein and the flavor is minimal, but the beneficial ingredients could make it worthwhile.Overall, I’ll tentatively recommend this coffee creamer to people looking for a non-dairy creamer that won’t add too much flavor to their drinks that also want the additional benefits of mushrooms and L-Theanine. I do not recommend it to those looking for a high-protein coffee creamer as this product barely contains any protein.

Misrepresentation
I got this item simply because it is advertised as a protein creamer, and I have gotten these kinds of things before so I felt I didn’t really need to read through all the details and such…It’s labeled and advertised as 100% vegan… yet contains hydrolyzed bovine collagen as the #1 ingredient. Bovine collagen is derived from cow connective tissue. Regardless of the fact that it’s been processed, the source is still animal based, making the 100% vegan claim to be false and misleading!To call yourself a protein creamer yet only have 2g of protein seems a little silly. This also has a blend of mushrooms. Reishi, lions mane, maitake, and chaga. It also contains MCT oil.As far as how it tastes, it does have a slight cinnamon flavor but otherwise I don’t notice it on my coffee.Low rating is due to it claiming to be 100% vegan when it indeed is not, for not including the mushroom blend in the labeling on package except for ingredients list, and for the lack of actual protein within the creamer itself.

Good flavor, no weird aftertaste or side effects.
Overall okay! Does have a distinctly cinnamon taste to it and adds flavor to coffee and beverages. Dissolves easily in hot coffee. Doesn’t add much of a “creamer” effect though. I find that I still need to add milk for my desired lightness and taste. 25 calories is okay for a serving, considering it has other benefits with the mushroom ingredients etc. I like this overall and would be interested in trying other flavors to see if I like them better but have been enjoying using this for a tiny protein boost with my morning coffee. I add this with stevia and blend my coffee, then add some milk with a frother. Doesn’t upset my stomach and I’ve noticed no side effects. Not sure if the benefits are really there but doesn’t seem to hurt for a bit of extra flavor without extra sugar in my coffee. Good alternative to using MCT or Pods creamer that needs to stay refrigerated but this is definitely more expensive. Not sure if I’d buy again but I’ll reassess once I use this up.
