    Wow. Just wow!
    I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with therapists, so I gave up on traditional therapy for my CPTSD, anxiety, depression, autism, and more. My psychiatrist is aware, and recommended this book… She was spot on, I’ve been looking for it my entire life. I did the first exercise and felt so much lighter, and continuing to do the exercises is helping me fill the empty space with self love and gratitude. I still have a lot of work to do, but I already feel like a better person, a person I’m getting to know, and guess what? I love her.
