Thought it would be hokey, read it anyway, and now eating my words!
I love this book!! Every parent can benefit by reading this. The author is direct (which I value!!), but does so in a way that is both tactful and gentle. I love that its such an easy read. I am 30 and this is the first book since childhood I’ve read in bed – 1/2 in one night! Everything in this book is so relatable and the advice is easy to retain. I love that j noticed changes in myself the next day! Highly recommend!

BRILLIANT THOUGHT JOURNAL & FRAMEWORK
Rebecca Eanes has done it again! I am a huge fan of her work and her previous books, but this workbook is exactly what was missing from the world of positive parenting books! It is a brilliantly laid out journal that walks the reader (this overwhelmed mom) through positive parenting step by step while forcing you to dig deeper into your past, your beliefs and your values. This is not a quick 1,2,3 answer to your family’s biggest struggles. Instead, it is a life-changing framework you can use to see radical changes that will last forever, including generations to come!

So helpful and interesting!
I am so excited about this book! Positive Parenting has been helping me to be a better mommy and I can’t wait to work through this workbook and learn even more! The book that goes along with it is very interesting and helpful and I would highly recommend both of these to anyone who wants to be a calmer and kinder parent!

Great exercises and tools to help support the Positive Parenting book!
This workbook is great support material for the book! I had the privilege of being part of her workbook launch team. Through this workbook’s exercises helps explain how to recognize why you react to situations with your children like you do, ways to connect with your children, nurturing them with an empathetic relationship, disciplining through love, and teaching children how to fix their mistakes. I highly recommend this book and workbook to parents, family members, teachers, or people in general!

Revolutionary Book
Positive Parenting has revolutionized my life. This book and workbook have changed the way I relate to all people, not just my kids. It’s a mindset that I desperately needed.

I absolutely love Rebecca Eanes book! Not only has it helped me to develop a deep loving connection with my son, it has also helped me as a Kids Life Coach and Mentor. Working with families to allow their children to show up as they are. Providing a safe, supportive and loving environment for them to be seen, heard and valued. Rebecca Eanes has done a beautiful job bringing so many helpful interactive skills through her book to allow us to parent from the heart.

The content is good but not relatable to our kids

I have been a single mother of 4 for the last 7 years. At times we have struggles arrise from sources that are not part of our immediate everyday life. Books like this are great for refocus and refirmation that you know you are doing right. I am a little dissapointed that there is a section on you and your partner. Simply because I’m in a situation where it would be of detriment for me to aknowledge the childrens father in a ‘parenting’ context in this way. That being said there is still lots to think about with this book even if I know from experience what works for us and what doesnt.
