I bought these on a whim. I have the CHOCOLATE BROWNIE flavor option. I dont normally do brownies like this, but I recall liking the carrot cake ones a few years back. I bought a single box on sale. I would have ordered more but wasnt sure if I would like it. Because it was on sale from the warehouse, I assumed the best by date would be coming up soon (basically like a clearance item in a store– usually best to plan to use it right away). I wasn’t sure if it would still be fresh tasting. SO, just one box I got.YUM. I like the light natural chocolate flavor, lightly sweet, good texture. Just really pleasant.I would like to see more fiber in this, but overall it is a good snack. I dont even mind grabbing it as a mini breakfast. Just this morning I had one along with my coffee and a small cup of plain Kefir. It hit the spot, didnt upset my stomach, and also didnt make me think I had dessert. Yet, come evening I would grab for this as a post dinner num num.I am already ordering more in larger quantity as Subscribe and save, as well as the carrot ones. I remember the carrot cake ones and the banana cake ones were also nice for anytime snack, and that I liked them as is or crumbled over yogurt, ice cream, chia seed pudding etc,As I have tried a few flavors, I can say that they are all light in taste. I prefer that. Natural light flavor with very low sweetness. Nothing cloying or artificial tasting. If you wanted to make it sweeter, and enjoy more as a stronger dessert, maybe a nice cream cheese frosting would amp up the dessert vibe, or a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. Yummy! This has such a good, chocolatey taste. The texture was a bit on the dry side which made it have an unpleasant chewiness. But it was good. I didn’t care for the almonds in them but a healthy snack!

Cravings satisfied without the guilt
This was good to have in hand for when my monthly friend visited. The chocolate taste satisfied my cravings. I love that it is Gluten-free making it a guilt free option. The size was just right too (about 3-4 bites for me). I got the occasional nut crunch that I liked too. It is filling and a good value – will purchase again soon!

Great product, cheated out of 1 bar
Great product! I’ve been eating them for several years and every time I purchase a box from a grocery store or other big box store, each box always has five bars in it however, this time I ordered three boxes from Amazon and one box had only four bars…the fifth wrapper was sealed empty.

It’s hard to find dairy free treats that a) aren’t gross and b) aren’t loaded with a bunch of random ingredients but these fit the bill! makes me feel like I’m having a sweet treat without all of the added junk 🙂
