Got these to do PT at home pre & post hip replacement. 5 stars for the bands, but 1 star for the storage pouch.Nice bands and although it’s nice that it comes with a pouch for storage, the long vertical shape of the pouch makes it tough to put the band(s) back in when you’re through. Taking a band out is easy, but just putting one band back in is almost impossible. You pretty much have to take them all out, lay the one that you’ve used on top of the others, then slowly lower all of them into the pouch again when you’re through.If the pouch isn’t always laying flat, the bands tend to scrunch to the bottom which makes them tricky to get out as well.A more square shape pouch would be much easier to just reach into for taking a band out of, or putting a band back into.* * note that they seem to have either updated the bag shape or just changed their listing photos.The bag we received (and the bag I was reviewing) is shaped as a long, narrow bag that is the same shape as the bands are.The new photo shows the bag in a more squared off shape and if this is a change they’ve made, this would make putting bands in, and taking bands out much easier.

Just as good as the ones selling for twice the price
I initially bought another set that cost over twice the price because I assumed the more expensive item would be better quality. When my son asked for another set for his travel wrestling bag I figured I’d chance it and try this cheaper version. Well, they are EXACTLY the same in thickness and durability. I suggest you buy this and save money.

You have to guess which color is what intensity
The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because they didn’t give you like a cheat sheet card to tell you which color is which resistance level. That would have been helpful other than that they’re fine

I love this product. I got them after having to do physical therapy on my shoulder and wanted to keep it going after therapy ended. They do exactly as they should and I would definitely recommend. There’s no smell. Quality and stretch is just like the ones I used in therapy. Would definitely recommend

Great gym addition
Love these. I have a small home gym and try to keep things very basic and adaptable. There are so many things you can use these for and get a good burn. I’ve had 2 sets as they do end up snapping after a long time of use, but this is probably 5 years or more of use, so for the price, they hold out well! Love that they have so many choices on colors too, to customize to your liking.
