Lots of ways you can use this thing which is awesome!!! The price was great. Very versatile in movements you can do. I am not very strong in my arms and these have just the right amount of resistance for me. Very easy to use and I actually like that the handles are not straight hard handles with grips. They flex with your hand which is nice. I’ve stretched them out pretty far and they don’t snap or anything. And they don’t take up a whole lot of room to store.
