Very comfortable, nicely thick, grippy and anti-sliding mat. I love that this mat’s name has nothing to do with yoga — either as a word or symbols. As a Christian— I don’t want to invite any demons to my house. Great mat – highly recommend and the price is pretty good.

This mat is luxurious. It’s SUCH an upgrade over my previous mat (pictured). I’ve used many, many mats over the years—at gyms, at home, at yoga and Pilates studios.
