It stopped working after 4 months
I purchased my steamer on June 19th 2025 and as of today it’s no longer working it stopped working like 4 weeks ago and that will only be about 4 months and some weeks and I’m thinking it should at least last longer than that but yeah so I’m posting this review in the beginning I gave this product at five star but after the steamer has started working after 4 months I have been beauty industry for 30 years and I pay for quality products and I take my industry seriously so when I spend money it’s an investment for me cuz I’m buying tunes for my business so when my tools doesn’t work then I’m losing money so now I spent money on a tool that no longer works so now it’s a loss for me, I will take a picture of it and upload it when I get back to the salon tomorrow

Wonderful product, had this for years now , no issues at all, I used it a billion times ,very soothing ! People make bad reviews for competition, in my opinion! Love this product!!!!!!!!!!very reliable !!!!!!

This is a good value for the money, quiet easy to assemble steamer, used in a skin care treatment room! The amount of steam isn’t overwhelming for the clients either!

Don’t waste your money
Not worth it at all. Didn’t work consistently and quit working completely before a year rolled around. Customer service when trying to resolve the issue was also awful. Unresponsive the majority of the time, and quite rude when trying to ask questions to see if there is a way to fix it rather than having to find a more complicated solution. Not helpful at all, and not worth the money.

Doesn’t work correctly
I’ve used this steamer one time, it worked great. I went to use it a second time and it kept flashing a blue light and would shut down. I followed the directions to a T, very disappointed. I came back to my purchase history through Amazon, no link to replace or return.

Plastic Water Holder
I actually like that it has a plastic water holder instead of a glass one. The only issue that I have is that it makes a beeping noise to notify you once the water level is low. The beeping noise won’t go off unless you manually turn off the steamer. The steamer gets hot and boiling within about 3-5 mins and that’s quick compared to other steamers that I’ve used. Great product and very light weight! I love it.
