Great product and customer service
Initially the steamer I got was defective. The unit overheated making it too hot to touch/ turn off. I contacted the seller who responded right away and immediately sent me a replacement unit, no questions asked. The replacement arrived three days later and works like MAGIC. Super simple to use. Comes with instructions as well as what NOT to do with the steamer. The steam lasts more than 10 minutes. Unit lets out a lot of steam! The accessories that come with the unit are great as well for the price. The unit is very easy to clean. Your skin will be glowing and fabulous after you use this product. I definitely recommend buying this product.

What a stress reliever!!
To be honest, when this item arrived I thought it was too small to be what I wanted. As I took it out of the box, I saw how lightweight and pretty it was–still assuming it would not send out enough steam. Let me tell you, it might be beautifully made and compact, but the amount of steam it puts out is amazing! After the 10 seconds it took to warm up, I immediately felt stress float out of my body. No idea if a facial steam is meant to do that, but this little cutie did exactly that. Good for the skin and a stress reliever–who could ask for anything more. I highly recommend this product!

Lots of steam
I love it when a company gives extras in their packaging. They really thought of everything needed for a good spa like experience. The box came with goggles, wipes, a headband and an extraction kit. This steamer is adorable, and worked great. The heat level was tolerable and gave a lot of steam. My skin felt extra clean and moisturized.

Overall, I like the product a lot. I feel like the face masks are very effective. I love my Jade face roller. The headband is really cute and comfortable. The only thing I don’t like is that the face scraper or whatever it is (picture provided in the review) died the same day and it hasn’t worked since.

I have been struggling to get rid of dry, flaky skin on parts of my face for over a month. I used exfoliating cleansers and moisturizers with no results. Who knew all I needed was a good steam and a face mask. The steamer worked great and my face is so smooth after the facial. Love all the extras in this kit a lovely self pamper day.

Heats up super quickly
I’m pretty happy with this facial steamer. It’s super easy to use, you just unscrew the cap on the cartridge fill it up, put the cap back on, drop it into the back of the steame,r and push the button. Within about 10 seconds you can hear the water heating up and within another 30 seconds, the steam is going full blast. I haven’t timed the steam to see how long one full cartridge will last, but I’d estimate it to be about 30 minutes. My only minor complaint is that the cartridge on mine does leak a little when you turn it over but not terribly, so I just hold it over the well carefully before turning it over so the water falls into the well, or do it on a surface that won’t be damaged by water. It does have a smell that I can only describe as a water steamer smell, like when you use the steam function in an iron. I don’t find it off-putting but I think it’s worth mentioning. I originally bought this to use while sick, the steam helps clear your sinuses and get rid of nasal congestion (temporarily) without medication. It can also alleviate chest congestion and help you cough out mucus. Works much better than some of the steamers meant for those purposes. This was the least expensive one that still had good reviews so I’m giving it five stars based on value and ease of use despite the minor issues of the leaking cartridge.

Best gift ever! I got this for Mother’s day and I am impressed by how my skin looks. It doesn’t dry out my skin. It gives it the right amount of moisture. It has instructions on how to use and advises how often. I enjoyed using all the products that came with it. The turmeric soap works so nice and gives my face that extra glow. The pimple patches comes in handy when I need them. Overall very happy.
