How long does your magnesium stay fresh?
2-3 years from the MFG date. New products will have the expiration listed. We run magnesium batches at least once per quarter.
How many capsules should I take, and when should I take them?
Take three (3) capsules once daily or as directed by your medical provider. If it upsets your stomach, try splitting up the dosage to take one in the morning, and two in the evening. Try out different times of the day to see what works best for you.

I’m really impressed with this Magnesium Glycinate supplement so far. After doing extensive daily research to support my mental, physical, and emotional health, I discovered that magnesium glycinate is one of the most effective forms of magnesium; especially for anxiety, cognitive function, and joint pain.This supplement recommends three capsules per day, but I personally find that two is perfect for me. Even at that dose, it significantly lowers my blood pressure so I’m not sure how some people might prefer higher milligrams per capsule, but for my body, more than two would likely be too much.What really sets magnesium glycinate apart for me is how gentle and effective it is. Other forms of magnesium gave me unpleasant side effects like heart palpitations and headaches, but glycinate has been calming and consistent. I take it before bed, and it helps me sleep soundly which is something I struggled with due to the anxiety, panic attacks, and racing, intrusive thoughts that would keep me up at night.Since starting this supplement, I’ve noticed a major difference in how relaxed I feel in the evenings. A natural supplement for better sleep
To all of you that seem to be struggling to sleep. Mind wandering, stress from job etc. I think I really found the cure to better sleep that isn’t a prescription. I started taking the recommended dose 30 mins before I want to be asleep and it seems like it’s working better as each day passes. I was trying sleep aids and then aleve pm but that’s not good for the kidneys in the long haul. This magnesium glycinate is really working for me.

Best decision ever!!
I had been taking another brand of magnesium due to nightly leg cramps. It wasn’t easing my cramps and I didn’t like the way I felt. I was looking for something else when I found the Ocean brand and I am glad I made the switch. I especially like that they’re organic and the company stands behind its products. In addition, I haven’t had any problems with my legs, I feel normal again and I sleep well than I have in years!! They do cost a bit more though I was paying before but they are worth every penny and more. I can’t say enough about the relief I feel and the quality of sleep changes my whole outlook each day.
