Better skin and nails.
This product works for older man of 71. My nails were getting weaker and my skin was showing its age also.Since starting this collagen my nails and skin are better. Not that of a young person but it is noticeably better.

Good value for the money
Been taking these for a little over a week now but probably not long enough to experience any of the benefits yet. I did do some research on the manufacturer and found the company is currently manufacturing several different types of supplements and vitamins, including this Collagen supplement. This is a high dose of Collagen at 6000 mg (higher than most) and also includes Vitamin C as well as Biotin, both of which are good for your skin as well as you nails and hair. These are also lactose and gluten free. I don’t like taking pills and struggle at times with large pills. These pills are definitely large AND 1 dose = 6 pills (a lot for such a large pill). I was okay up until about the 5th pill and then struggled getting the 6th down. Being a mature woman I know how important collagen is to your skin and and was surprised to learn that this is also good for your bones and joints. Based on the excellent price point, I will continue using but may have to cut back to 4 pills per day and hope to still receive the benefits of the product. 6 pills is just to many with the larger size of these supplements. I didn’t notice any smell to these nor any after taste. Keep in mind – at 6 pills per dose, you are not getting a full month out of these

Very Affordable Collagen Option
These collagen caplets are a great option if you don’t like collagen drink mixes. Each serving requires 6 caplets to get 6000 mg of collagen, 5 g of protein, 60 mg of vitamin C, 5000 mcg of biotin. I’ve taken collagen capsules before, so I was not surprised that there are 6 per serving as that is pretty standard when you are taking collagen in this form. Consider that the alternative is a very large scoop of powder.In terms of strength, 6000 mg seems standard among what I’ve seen for capsules and caplets. Again, if you want something stronger, you may want to supplement with powders. But then you have to deal with the mixability, taste, and texture of powders, so capsules I think are an easier form to take sometimes with the tradeoff being the lower dosage and. strengthPersonally, I take a variety of forms of collagen, and I like that I can supplement in this form. I find the collagen improves the appearance of my skin, and I get some pain relief in my joints.Lastly, as for value for money, you get 25 servings in the bottle for a total of $7.99 at the time of this review. So I think that makes it very affordable if you want to try this type of product and don’t mind taking 6 capsules.

Good value collagen that feels like It’s working
I’ve been using this collagen supplement for a little while now, and it’s actually one of the better ones I’ve tried. You get a good dose of 6,000 mg of type I and III collagen per serving plus 5,000 mcg of biotin and some added vitamin C, which is smart since vitamin C helps with collagen synthesis. It’s also nice that it comes from grass-fed bovine and doesn’t have a bunch of fillers or junk ingredients.You do have to take six caplets, which is kind of a lot at once, but they go down easier than I expected because they aren’t super big. I usually split it up three in the morning and three in the evening especially if I’m not taking it on an empty stomach. No bad taste, no stomach issues, and no weird aftertaste either.As for effects, I’ve noticed my skin feels a little more hydrated and smooth, and my joints aren’t cracking or popping as much as they were before. I haven’t been taking it long enough to comment on long term hair or nail growth, but it feels like it’s doing something in the right direction. I’ll definitely keep it in rotation for a couple months and see how it builds up. Seems to be helping knee pain.For a collagen supplement, this one checks all the boxes: clean, high dose, added biotin and C, and no extra nonsense. You just have to be okay with taking a handful of pills. If that’s not a dealbreaker, it’s definitely a solid pick and a good value for the quality of the product.
