Great for sleep, take with Zinc!
I take a ton of vitamins to offset my lack of a balanced diet, but I take this to help me sleep. I’ve read that it also needs zinc to attach to, so I recommend taking this with zinc. I don’t have any GI issues after taking this either, even with an empty stomach. My sleep is so much better with Magnesium! Magnesium Glycinate is the best Magnesium for sleep in my opinion, based on price, quantity, and form (gel capsule, powder, solid pill, liquid). I also like this brand as well. Affordable and quality.

Double wood supplements are the best bang for the buck I’ve found. Very high quality for possibly the best price I’ve found in Amazon.As for the magnesium glycinate… it is possibly one of the best supplements to improve my sleep quality. It doesn’t necessarily get me sleepy (although it does relax me a bit), but I found that I fall asleep easily and it increases my deep and REM sleep cycles (I track my sleep and the difference is clear when taking vs not taking). 10/10 would recommend.

Reduced symptoms in higher dose
I started to take magnesium for PMS in form of energy loss and pain in my lower back and legs. I have been taking it for 2 months already, and I can see improvement in length and severity of my symptoms. My daily dose is much higher than the manufacturer recommends. Each one of these has 60 mg of elemental magnesium, and I take 100% daily dose for my weight and gender. I plan to go on lower maintenance dose once my symptoms go away. My husband also has improvement of his muscle spasms on these (100% daily dose for his weight and gender). I give it to my 10 y.o. son, too (50% of daily dose just to be safe). It noticeably improved his ability to manage emotions. Overall, it’s a good product, but if you have symptoms – the dose needs to be higher than the packaging says. Consult your physician for that.

Great valuation for a magnesium glycinate supplement! 400mg Mag. Gly. for this price is amazing! And it’s only 1 capsule per serving. 400mg Mag. Gly. = 70mg Elemental magnesium, its just compounded together to be more bioavailable. I take this every night before bed and it really improves my sleep. As long as this product exists, I will be back when I need more, every time!
