Slow but does the job.
I Purchased these to clear trails before hunting season. They are sharp!! I cut myself 7 times trying to trim limbs off a big downed pine tree in a trail. The handles grip good but Hans and arm fatigue happens really quick using them. The sharpener is nice and you will need it. My only complaint is there hard to chop with, gotta cut in slivers. It takes a while to cut up a tree with these. Took me all day and till lunchtime the next day to clear that tree. I started a 6am. So pack a lunch using these. All in all im happy with them.

Exceptional knife set
I bought these as a Christmas present for my son-in-law. After I had purchased them, I asked my daughter what my son-in-law would like because I needed some more ideas and this was the first item on the top of his list (they didn’t know that I had already purchased this set… the exact set that he wanted, which I did not know in advance). They have both stated that they are rugged and sturdy, sharp and very easy to hone when needed. They said they have nice grips and can maneuver them very easily when cutting up meat, and don’t cramp your hand when using them. They’re a good weight and very balanced. Highly recommend.

Tough to beat for the price
At this price, I wasn’t expecting that great of knives. But after a few uses they do feel like nice knives, came very sharp.
