    Nice Keto Diet Journal
    I wanted the Keto Diet Tracker as I am just getting started on this diet. I am doing clean keto so my foods may be a bit different than those listed on this chart in this book. However, I still like that they have a chart and they also have some other good information at the beginning of the book. There is also a form for a baseline check-in. Then there are plenty of pages to record your food–and also how you slept, amount of water drank, exercise and more. At the beginning of each week, there is space to write a couple of weekly intentions, which I also think is a nice touch. Every 4 week there is a check-in spread to write down thoughts and measurements, etc. I like it. It is colorful and I think it will be helpful for me to see how I do on this eating plan.I received a copy of this book from the publisher through the Amazon Vine Program. All opinions within this review are my own.

    One of the better food journals I’ve come across
    This food journal is targeted to KETO followers but the ways it’s laid out it is PERFECT for any diet play you undertake. It lets you journal for 32 weeks, each starting with “What are you excited about this week? and What are you going to work on this week?” It then has boxes to fill out each day with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, water. sleep, exercise and notes. What I like best about this book is that each day gives you enough room to write in more detail than most other food journals. This is well woth the price and effort you’re going to expend on it. It also makes an excellent gift.

    Thorough chart for me to track diet macro and pretty much what I might need. The only issue is I can’t do this for 8 month. It’d be nice if there’s a loose leaf version or something.

I have successfully done keto before, so it is not new to me. I was pretty good for about two years. I started off pretty strict with it and it was incredibly successful. Over time, I got more lax on it and, while I wasn’t eating hardly any simple carbs and no sugar, I wasn’t putting in the effort and got more lazy about the food I ate. I eventually started gaining weight and then just went off of it. Now I need to get back to it. I know I need structure to keep it successful, so I got this journal.While I do like the things it tracks, this is really more of a log than a journal. I feel journal implies that you will be writing out things, and this is more of a log for measurements, macros, and maybe a few short lines to write something. It’s still handy, but it’s not really a journal, in my opinion.That said, I do still like it.I hope this was helpful.

    Journal for tracking diet and exercise
    I am new to keto diet. This diet has very specific “dos” and “don’ts” when it comes to which foot one can consume. The journal has introduction on what keto diet is and a table that explains what foods to eat and what foods to avoid. It is followed by daily journal table that helps track food intake and exercise regiment. It definitely helps one staying disciplined. I subscribed to keto diet premade/prepared food, which helps me control both intake and portion size.

    Great Keto Diet Journal
    I am really pleased with this Keto Diet Journal. Not only is it helping me daily to keep track of diet, water and exercise but also the foods that are allowed and not allowed on this diet. I do need to be accountable for myself and this journal will definitely is helping me do that. Being an eight month journal it will probably take that long to meet my goals with the help of this journal. Love it.

    Informative Keto book. Able to track a variety of measures.
    This is a soft back 8 month journal. The pages are slightly thin. Markers will easily show through the other side. It tells how to get started on the keto diet, how to stay in ketosis, your macro ratio, how to eat on the diet , foods to enjoy, foods to avoid. It doesn’t have huge amounts of space to write in, as you write your meal in a square. You can also track your sleep hours, exercise time/minutes. At the top of each day it has a thing for mood check, where you can mark one of the 5 different moods offered. It seems to be a thorough guide to making your Keto diet experience a positive one.

    I liked the premise, but in order to get the macros I still would have needed to use a program like “myfitnesspal” to get totals and at that point it seemed redundant and I stopped using it. Wasn’t for me.
