Great stater for mood tracking
I got this to track my mood since starting new medication and attending counseling. If you also suffer from depression like I do, the simplicity and repetition of the entries make it easy to keep up.It’s also helped me to peel back layers of my mood and recognize patterns and triggers. I even started writing the time and duration of the mood in a separate notebook. This really helps with my BPD(borderline personality disorder) and using my coping mechanisms to regain control.Overall, really great starter book for tracking if you’re looking to take baby steps in regulating your moods. You’re worth the time to improve, I believe in you.

I have found the mood tracking pages very helpful in tracking and analyzing my moods on a daily basis. I have not found the second page to be helpful. I know that the items tracked on that page can affect moods, but there isn’t room for analysis helpful in drawing connections.

Easy to use and write in. The price was good. I think I was looking for something a little different or covered different topics. Water consumption is the least of my concern.Color was cute. It would be helpful for someone who uses it for its intense purpose and journals along side mood journaling.

Each page is generic enough that you can enter each day you actually use, no page is wasted. It tracks, not just your current mood, but also has space for possible triggers, provides steps for working through them, and tracking meals and water.I use this, not just to track my stronger moods, but also possible things that might contribute to that mood, like nutrition and hydration, along with notes about current blook glucose readings.As a diabetic, this is helping me understand how food, exercise, etc, affects my energy/moods.

Extremely disappointed, would not recommend whatsoever. Paper bleeds through, there are only 3 monthly trackers in the back that make no sense (monthly letters do not follow months).
