Product description

HIGH-QUALITY AFFIRMATION JOURNAL: Gratitude journal for women is 5.5″ x 8.2″, 120 pages, and can be used for 4 months. For the inside of the journal with prompts, we use 100 gsm thick offset paper, which is smooth, does not easily curl the edges, and does not bleed ink. The cover is frosted and waterproof. The frosted texture makes gratitude journal for men look more advanced and incorporates waterproof technology, so you won’t be afraid of getting them wet.
SCIENTIFIC AND REASONABLE LAYOUT: Gratitude journal for women has a reasonable and scientific layout, and the tips on the inside pages guide you to summarize and reflect on what has happened, so you only need to spend a few minutes a day to quickly and effectively help you cultivate a sense of gratitude for your life.
SMALL DESIGN: 1, Stamped Gold Font. The font color on the cover is shimmering gold, adding sophistication and panache to the simple, plain daily gratitude journal. 2, Pen Cover Design. The elastic pen cover is compatible with a wide range of daily pens, pencils, and ballpoint pens that can be put in, there is no need to look for pens everywhere. 3, Undated. In a journal for women, every page of the inner pages is not labeled with the date, a good way to avoid unnecessary waste.
DAILY GRATITUDE LIST: Children use gratitude journals to record daily gratitude, reflections, affirmations, and summaries, which help to discover the beauty of life and allow children to become more positive, optimistic, happy, joyful, and strong. People who regularly keep a reflection journal love life more, care for their families, and are full of positive energy!
HAPPY EVERY DAY: People who reflect and summarize often start each day happy. Everyone deserves a peaceful and happy life, so put a mindfulness journal to use. A gatitude journal for women can help you improve your emotional and mental health and keep your mood happy, choosing our gratitude journal will be one of the wisest choices you can make!

Great tool to document daily appreciation
The journal arrived as expected. I am enjoying it. One opportunity for improvement is to make the pen holder bigger. I haven’t found a pen small enough to fit in it. Other than that, I’m happy with the item.

Affordable journaling option
This is a nice gratitude journal, especially for someone just getting into journaling. The pages take very little time to fill out each day, and if you miss a day, it’s not a big deal. The other benefit of this one is that it is very affordable. For that reason alone, it is a good one for beginners to journaling. However, this one isn’t quite right for me. I don’t really like the prompts, even though they are quite similar to other journals. The final question, which is dubbed a “goal setting” question, is not a goal-setting question. It asks, “How could I have made this day better?” This is a nice reflection question, but I don’t think it’s the best for me, personally, to end the day on. Since I like to end the day grateful for how the day actually was and not what could have been, I find this is counterintuitive to my own personal goals and needs. I think other journals have handled this closing note better, especially for the time right before sleeping. I know this is very personal, but just important to point out to others who may be on a similar journey to me.
