    Still My Favorite Journal!
    This is my second one—I filled the first one completely and had to come back for more. I love how simple it is to track workouts and progress without being overwhelming. The new cover design is so cute too. If you’re into fitness and like putting pen to paper, this one’s a winner!

    This journal has made of very easy to plan and track my workouts and my progress! I am able to see weight wise where I was vs. where I am now. I love pre planning and this makes it easy!     This a great notebook for people looking to get back into exercising. It has helped me stay on track and find the motivation to keep moving. It’s very sturdy and the pages are thick enough that they don’t easily tear. The size is excellent for carrying in your gym bag. It has plenty of space to write down different notes, things to get, or exercise ideas. Overall amazing readability and it makes for a better exercising and tracking experience.

    Perfect Fitness Tracker
    This is the second book I have bought. This is my go to for fitness tracking. I would have given 5 stars but halfway through the book, my cover started to come off the rings. It has everything you could need for tracking your exercises, weights, reps… Has a little note section as well and a pocket in the back I have used for a small slip of paper that had my reverse dieting plan on. Great Buy!

    Love the cover, very pretty and the plastic cover helps to protect the small book. Most of the pages (other than the first couple) are the fitness & exercise pages. The page layout is intuitive and there is plenty of room of most people’s workouts. I’m not so sure about the body fat and weight on each exercise tracking page; I don’t have a scale and I have never seen one at any of the gyms I have gone to.

    I was looking for tracker that didn’t just track your dumbell weights and reps but a place to record your body weight and measurements more then once so many of the trackers just allow you to record measurements once and this one is so much better then previous ones I have purchased
