Dynabrade’s (59029) Dynorbital-Spirit Random Orbital Sander ensures a general swirl-free finish thanks to its proportionate 3/16″ (5 mm) diameter orbit. This tool includes a low profile, premium urethane weight-mated sanding pad with a 6″ (152 mm) diameter. This tool has a 1″ diameter vacuum port for easy connection to central vacuum systems. The smooth, efficient air-powered motor runs at 0.25 hp and up to 12,000 RPM. The floating rotor utilizes five blades to produce more useable power. It’s high-strength composite design is stronger and has better lubricating qualities that enable the blades to last longer. The motor uses less air more efficiently in order to maintain maximum power. This sander features a comfort platform, throttle lever that recesses into the housing grip to eliminate any pressure on the operator’s palm, thumb-control regulation of tool speed, composite material that insulates against cold air, precision one-piece motor shaft and counterbalance, a muffling system that reduces exhaust sound levels, and a high-quality double row pad bearing protected by the unique V-seal to improve bearing life and ensure reduced vibration.
