This package of Last Will & Testament form, Power of Attorney form, and Health Care Directive form is great. It gives us something to guide us through what we need. The only thing I would liked to have had would have been a form where you can go in and fill in the blanks with my information or delete information I don’t need. It was a good package altogether.
