I had really great experience with this product and their customer service.The massage gun itself ran very well as expected and loved to use it so far for 9 months.However, all of a sudden, when it came to be completely depleted its battery, it did not come back to work.So I called its customer service to ask warranty service.My experience with this guys at their customer service was exceptional and spectacular.Upon my explanation and short video clip to show what the problem was, they quickly expedited completely new product shipping to my home and new product was delivered in less than 48 hours.Total time spent from my initial contact for warranty claim to receive new product was just less than 72 hours.I never experienced such quick and expedited warranty service, and now they are even offering me with prolonged warranty service to 27 months from 12 months.This guys are not a joke, and looks seriously running their business for customer satisfaction.Special thanks to Ava and I was so happy and impressed at her kind and warm support to resolve my issue.

UPDATE REVIEW – DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS:I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch.Now it’s April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it’s DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it’s DEAD.It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it’s useless.I don’t see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see.Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers.I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating “Pain Relief” this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory “Battery Life” well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won’t have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the “Easy to Use” rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager……. maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it’s job well; I would buy again.UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it’s usually on the “low” speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it’s a great massager.UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 ………………My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done.I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. If I every provide an opinion or feedback and realize after that I was wrong or unfair in any way I think it’s simply the right thing to do is come back and let that be known.It is definitely well deserved in this case that I need to give an update.I could give a lot of detail, instead I will get to the point.I was wrong about the “POWER SWITCH”….. there is a SIMPLE way to turn this massager OFF with just ONE simple click. It’s embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it’s TURNED OFF.As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months – NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here…. all I had to do is1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that…. and…. 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button.I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never. When you post fair comments they read both the good and the not so good. This company listens to you and will look after you. It was certainly my experience.Okay., I am glad I have the opportunity to update my comment and not leave alone comments that were not correct…..when I make a mistake I need to come clean.BOTTOM LINE: AWESOME Company to deal with.
