This is a keeper; this 1st time I put it on I actually said, “This is it!”. I’ve purchased and returned a few other posture correctors on Amazon because they didn’t feel like they kept my shoulders back secure enough or put pressure in the right spot, and they made my back sweaty.This one is very comfortable, cool to wear, and actually feels like it’s gently pulling on my shoulders in the right spot to keep me from slouching; and I can adjust the pull to hold me back tighter if need be. I plan on gradually loosing the tightness of the Velcro the more days I wear it once slouching is not my go-to posture. I plan on keeping and wearing this one daily to train and correct my forming postural neck hump.

Great Support. I have to wear the belt lower due to the area of my back pain. I wish the waist strap was a little longer. I am going to add a piece to accomplish this.

Surprisingly Helpful for Improving Posture, Though Not Perfectly Comfortable
I was very skeptical about whether this posture corrector would actually make a difference, but after using it for a bit, it does seem to help me sit and stand straighter. It gently reminds me to pull my shoulders back and keep better alignment when working at my desk. The adjustable straps make it easy to find a decent fit, and it feels supportive without being too restrictive. That said, it can start to feel uncomfortable around the shoulders after wearing it for a while, especially if it is tightened too much. I have found shorter sessions work best, using it as a reminder rather than something to wear all day. The material feels decent for the price, and it folds up small enough to store easily. Support but still with a hunch
I saw a lot of reviews it’s hard to put on. I did not feel that way however I will say I feel like this product is mainly lumbar support. I bought this because I have scoliosis and sit at a desk all day, so my hope was for it to bring my shoulders back and help with the desk hunch. Really all I feel it does is squeeze my lower lumbar and cut into my arm pits. The straps to pull your shoulders back don’t pull them back as much even if I go as tight as I can. I think it helps more when you are standing. I wore it during breakfast and I can still hunch over just like normal except I have a tight brace on me. I found another one of these (not on Amazon) for $60+ so I wanted to try something cheaper before I made the purchase and I don’t think either would be worth it. I will probably send this back.

Doesn’t address the real issues
I have it pulling fully all the way, to the point that it’s uncomfortable especially on the armpits. I can still slide my hand behind my back just as I could before I put it on. It does not appear to do anything because the problem is in the hips. I should have known it wouldn’t fix anything, but maybe, there’s a tiny chance it’s doing something? I’ll give 2 stars for a maybe.

works well when you wear it
this back support brace is very solid. Material is sturdy, nothing ripped and it held up very well during the 4 weeks I wore it daily for two hours uninterrupted. When you wear it, you definitely will improve your posture. It can be quite restrictive around the waist area and I felt it with every breath but it was not to the point of being uncomfortable. I would not want to work out in it and they tell you as much in the material that comes with the brace. Now to the main question: what happened after four weeks of wearing it? Answer: nothing changed. I might have a bit of an easier time straigtening out because of the muscle memory but when I am distrated I go right back to slumping over more that I want to. Perhaps I will wear it for a longer period to see if it does anything. I think the benefits are a bit oversold in the ad.
