I have only had this a couple of days and it works to help relieve tense muscles. This won’t replace a sport massage therapist I see who really works out the knots in my body. However, I think with time this will allow me to reduce the number of sessions I schedule with her.I am thinking about buying another for my wife to have for herself. We have been sharing this one. When I travel for work I plan to take this with to keep up my daily routines.The app on the phone is user-friendly, and I like how it suggest routines based upon the type of activities you select. Similar to my fitness watch, they have many different sport and workout activities to choose from.There are a couple of a routines that recommend an attachment called a wedge. This is not included with the kit. I found it on the manufacturers website and have ordered it. Customer comments suggested it is a great attachment and should be included in the base kit.I recommend this product for others to help with relieving sore muscles and finding the knots that are hidden within them.

This product works wonderfully – i can focus it on specific nerve issues and locations. It’s small enough to fit in my bag and help with traveling aches and pains. it is a bit pricy which is why i waited until Prime Day to get it at a discount.

This is great to take when traveling. It’s a compact size. The only suggestion may be for Theragun to include a carry case that can accommodate a second massage head.

Product revealed a knot deep in my calf where I was constantly experiencing cramping 20km into runs. After 10 days of daily use with the “Thumb” head, this knot is clearing up and the calf cramps appear to have gone away allowing my marathon prep to stay on target.
