A must have tool in your toolbox
This is the second Haynes manual I have purchased and been very please with both. Good descriptions and good illustrations. Definitely a go to manual that will bridge the gaps while watching YouTube videos. Also, the information is far more researched and easy to reference.

I had read about inconsistent paper quality from earlier reviews. I just received my copy from Amazon and my copy is the best qualiy that I have ever seen (and felt) from a repair manual …and I have bought many through the years.Another thing that I like about this manual is that it only contains information on the R1200 wc bikes rather than trying to be all things to all people.

I saw a lot of negative reviews for this and decided to gamble on it anyway since I didn’t see any good alternatives for a service manual.After the book arrived I went through the whole thing cover to cover. The paper stock is stolid, the pictures are clear and easy to understand, and the instructions are excellent. It seems whatever problems they were having before have been resolved. I can fully recommend this book.

Great repair manual – print quality is poor
Haynes is usually a very good reference guid for repairs. I picked this up because I wanted a more comprehensive repair manual to have for longer trips and to augment the owners manual. The one time that I really needed it, I found that the page with the critical steps was blank – like the printer ran out of ink blank. There was a faint hint of text but nothing legible. Overall, the paper quality is very poor and print quality is really bad. This won’t hold up over time. I give three stars given the Haynes content is something you can’t find easily elsewhere.

Good Manual with Poor Paper Quality
Seems to be well written – have used several times and instructions have been accurate and helpful. Paper quality is poor (similar to a phone book) since it uses recycled fibers. Would not hold up well in a shop but probably fine for home use. Photograph quality is limited by the paper quality, but are good enough to be useful.

英語版なので必要項目を探すのに時間がかかりますが、なんとかなります。整備全部をディーラー任せなら必要ないのでしょうが、ある程度は、自分でいじりたい人には、いい参考書になります。
