UPDATE:I would like to point out that, after my initial review (see below), Z Natural Foods did reach out to me. Based upon this, I have raised my rating to 3-stars (formerly 2-stars). Obviously, Z Natural Foods is concerned about their customers and concerned about supplying good products and customer service. That is not only greatly appreciated, but it should also be very important to all of you. Positive ethics and attitudes from the sellers and suppliers of Amazon is what will ultimately make a great shopping experience for all of us.Although this creamer did not offer the attributes I was hoping to find, it may be exactly what you are searching for in a powdered creamer and may be worth a try. It does supply a nice dose of Collagen and MCT, and Z Natural Foods obviously stands behind their product.INITIAL REVIEW:I am no coffee snob. I just like a good cup of coffee, and for me, that includes a nice, creamy texture. Heavy Cream would likely be my go-to if I could digest dairy products. I was hopeful that this “creamer” would provide that creaminess that seems so elusive among healthy, non-dairy “creamers”. Surprisingly and unfortunately, the Z-natural creamer failed to provide the basics of what I believe a good creamer should.I tried the recommended two teaspoons….what a joke. It was as if I had added nothing at all. I moved up to two tablespoons…..still nothing. finally, at eight tablespoons of this powder, I gave up. Even at eight (8) tablespoons the results were not what I was looking for in a creamer:Creamy Texture – Nope…….only achieved “thickness” at the surface of the coffee, where obviously the acacia fiber was congealing.Whitening – Nope……..only at eight (8) tablespoons did my coffee take on a “cream” appearance.Flavor – Nope……..even at eight (8) tablespoons, the powder only offered a moderate taste of vanilla and sweetness of stevia. Honestly, I don’t care about the flavor. I prefer to simply sweeten with coconut sugar. The powder could have been flavorless, and it would have been okay for me. However, since the product includes stevia and vanilla, I wanted to comment on both.Healthy – Ingredient list is compact and looks good. However, I do wonder what prompted the Prop 65 warning. I’m not too concerned, as experience has shown me that the CA warnings can be absurd at times.Value – Nope………This would be a great value if the serving size was truly two (2) teaspoons. For my tastes, it took 10-20 times that amount to create the coffee consistency/flavor that I was looking for in a “creamy” cup of coffee.The powder appears like it should do something, and it mixes well. However, it really does not achieve the creaminess that I desire in my coffee, and at the amount I was having to use the acacia just began to get too thick. Oh well, I will simply continue my quest for a healthy cream substitute that does not cost a fortune to purchase. So far, the only thing that has come close is straight Thai Kitchen Unsweetened Coconut Cream. However, coconut cream is not cheap, and it is not always consistent.

it tastes horrible… going back to taking the pills…it dissolves easily either in cold or hot coffee, but the taste is not pleasant… I’m trying to get healthier, but at this cost is a disgrace…
