Great product, happy with purchase, will address some issues from other reviews.
This is my first diffuser and I am very happy with it. In fact, I like it so much I bought a second one from this company. This is my personal honest opinion and I get a little frustrated seeing so many reviews on amazon from people who have received free or discounted products in exchange for reviews. I am interested in people like me who have spent their money and bought a product who want to give a review. First, the only issue I have had with this diffuser is that it is difficult to twist on and off when filling. Difficult, not impossible. If you get the hang of it you will figure out how it should go and it will be a little easier. It locks so that the oil doesn’t spill, so you can’t just twist it on and off like a water bottle cap. Secondly, I have used both high grade pure essential oils and those with lesser grade and the scents and fragrances can fill several rooms, especially the more potent ones. I have never had a problem with being able to smell the oils. Some will call for more drops than others but that is based on the fragrance of the oil. For example, I use more drops of lemon oil than lavender because the lavender has a really strong potent smell. If I put too much in I will have to turn it off more frequently because it’s just too strong. Also, the diffuser has two settings. If you press the “on” button once the diffuser will run for about 30 seconds, shut off and then automatically turn back on. It will continue to do this on this setting. I don’t want to assume this is what is happening with those who say it “stopped working” but it is possible. If you press that same button twice instead of once, the diffuser will run consistently until it runs out of water. I use both settings depending on how much fragrance I want or how long I want the water to last. The mist from my diffuser works perfectly fine. The other button is strictly for the lights. Sometimes I use them sometimes I don’t. You can have the lights off and use just the diffuser. The “on” light stays on consistently. It is just a small red or green button depending on the mist setting so if you need complete darkness to sleep it may be a problem. I am very happy with the purchase. It does the job efficiently and is reasonably priced. The ones from the essential oil companies are twice to three times as much. I have one diffuser for the main area in the house and now a second one for the bedroom. I also think it could be used as a humidifier even without the oil. Glad I bought this.

Nice and easy to use works with a USB plug only
Very nice and sleek and easy to use. But it stopped working for a day or so and then start again. Also, they only provide you with a USB plug.

i bought this diffuser along with a vanilla scented essential oil. it diffuses the scent very well in our room. as long as i use enough oil. i haven’t tried it anywhere else. it’s quiet and calming. the water lasts a pretty long time. i love how you can choose to go through all the colors slowly or pick one color and choose dim or bright. the hole where the mist comes out is a good size so a good amount of scent comes out. good purchase! i don’t regret buying 👍🏼

Too small for a bedroom
This is my first humidifier/ diffuser and I thought it would be a good size for an appx 11×14 bedroom. I live in a dry climate and I get zapped so bad from static every day when I make my bed or pull the covers and sheets off to wash, that it goes down into my feet.This unit does not put out enough humidity to alleviate any of the dryness in my room. The power plug is on the bottom, instead of the side, which makes it impossible to not spill water either when it’s full and you are trying to re-plug it, or when it’s done misting and there is a bit of water left in the reservoir and you are trying to unplug it to clean it so you don’t get the cord wet.I need complete darkness and quiet to fall asleep; no little lights shining in like clocks or whatnot and I have not figured out how to completely turn off the power light without turning off the unit. The green or red mist light stays on, even though the unit light itself is off.It is somewhat quiet, but the first night I used it on continuous (it ran for 3 hours and turned off, which is good), I had to move it to the floor at the door and turn the red mist light facing away from my bedroom I could hear the water gurgling. The next night I put it in the same place on intermittent, angled the mist spout into the room next to my bed and it helped with the noise, but the green light…oy. It ran for 9 hours and the static in my room was the same as usual when I woke up.I will keep the unit since I like using it as a diffuser but I purchased a larger, 4L humidifier in hopes of providing some moisture into the air. I purchased the combo humidifier and set of 8 essential oils and so far, I like all of them, they came solidly packaged with no leaks and no problems shaking them to dole out drops at a time. One seemed stuck but I put the cap back on and shook it, and then it worked fine.If you’re looking for a specific humidifier to help with moisture, this might not work for you but as a diffuser, it’s good.

Inexpensive unit that works very well. Suits my needs perfectly. The color cycling feature is cute but not for me and easily turned off. The unit makes a little noise but nothing excessive or disturbing. There is a green or red power light (small and dim) that is fairly discrete.
