A thoughtfully written devotional book for mothers
Even though I am a mother of six, I found this book, especially meaningful for me, wanting to draw closer to God through my everyday activities. It takes about five minutes to read each devotional, which begins with the scripture from the Bible. After you read the scripture, it gives you an interpretation of a scripture and how it applies to you and then has you ask yourself questions of reflection on what you had just read. This book would be good for everyone that is overwhelmed with life.

The Devotional Every Tired Mom Needs
This book feels like a warm hug for moms who are stretched too thin. Rachel Wright gets it—she writes with honesty, grace, and encouragement that meets you right in the middle of the chaos. Each week’s devotion is short, meaningful, and doable, even on your busiest days.I especially love the “Grace Notes”—gentle reminders to let go of guilt and rest in God’s love. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about finding peace in small moments. If you’re a mom feeling worn out or disconnected, this devotional is a true gift.

Really Enjoyed This!!
Really liked that this was not a typical “affirmation and scripture” type of book. The author selected themes that speak to moms of all ages and situations, and gives prompts and thought provoking questions to help you find pease and purpose within your musings. Based in bible verses, this is a great tool for giving yourself a calming hug and support your faith at the same time!

interesting
An interesting journal. I bought it with my friend in mind, who’s currently dealing with her 4- and 5-year-old’s rebellion phase. She seemed genuinely happy when I gave it to her, so I think it was a good gift 🙂 or maybe she was just being polite. I really like the structure of this journal and the thoughtful Bible quotes and passages. I might actually get another one for my cousin… she’s got little kids too.

I bought this devotional for my wife, who’s been feeling completely overwhelmed balancing work, kids, and everything else. She said it’s the first book in a long time that made her slow down, breathe, and actually feel God’s peace again. The weekly reflections are short but deep, and she loves how real and honest the author is about motherhood. Totally worth it.

This book is dedicated to overwhelmed moms who are doing their best but are running low on energy. God comes to us in the midst of chaos, not after you’ve put everything in order. It contains practical reflections that fit perfectly into a busy schedule. Perfect for bedtime reflection.

This devotional felt like a breath of grace in the middle of my busy, messy days. The weekly readings are short but meaningful, and the reflections genuinely spoke to my heart. Some weeks felt a bit repetitive, but overall it’s encouraging, relatable, and perfect for moms needing peace and spiritual renewal.

I like how this devotional feels honest and realistic about motherhood, it doesn’t sugarcoat the chaos. It’s comforting, practical, and exactly what an overwhelmed mom needs to feel grounded again.
