Can’t be opened
We bought to steam out asthmatic cat and he loves it. But it doesn’t open, so you can descale and clean easily. Must buy DI water for it. We were using filtered water, but even that seemed to leave residue after some use. I’ve looked at unscrewing it to clean and it wouldn’t be easy to do (may be some glue also holding it together?)

This facial steamer is exactly what I needed for the dry weather here in Wisconsin. With just water added and a simple press of a button, instantly feel the soothing steam on my skin. Electrical gives out quick. Poorly made
This barely lasted four months. I used only distilled water and always cleaned it after. It was the switch plate and electrical that gave out. Very unhappy.
