my favorite morning pill
This was recommended by my nutritionist and what a difference it makes. On it now about 7 months and I can’t live without it. I take 1 every morning before my breakfast. Now I have my family hooked on it. Give it a chance and immediate results should not be expected. Give it about 1 month. You start off by taking 1 for a few days until your body gets use to it. You will feel uncomfortable the first week, maybe gassy, cramping or diarrhea, but just stick to it. Your body is getting use to a good change. Then the bottle suggest to take 2 pills per morning on the 2nd week. But honestly, I only take 1 pill. Besides, it is costly so I am making it last as long as I can. Your system will thank you for it. A better gut leads to better health, immune and healing.

Life changing product!
I’ve struggled with severe stomach issues for most of my life. Lactose intolerance & IBS-Mixed. Ive gotta be honest, this stuff is expensive…but it’s worth every penny. I had a gall bladder removal 2 years ago and started a health and fitness journey just iver a year ago. I never seemed to be able to get my stomach down. Literally, everything was to toning and tightening except my stomach, doctors, trainers and everyone else kept pushing my diet down my throat even though I completely changed my eating habits and eat pretty clean. I couldnt understand how after all the changes and working out 4-5x a day my stomach showed no results. So I started researching!See doctors asked about bowel movements but rendered me completely healthy and regular but after the surgery I’d run to the bathroom 5 mins after I ate anything and was never solid.
