Value for the money: Best deal I could findTaste: Quality stock concentrate. Tastes great when combined into sauces.Versatility / Functionality: can be used as a base in many different sources and is packaged and easy to use single serving pouches.Sodium Content: Very salt out of the pack but that’s not how you’re supposed to use it. Combine it with other ingredients per instructions on package or via recipe cards you’d get from Hello Fresh or Every Plate

The broth is convenient for small family and quick prep. The chicken is by far the best, but the beef is decent and the veg flavor is ok. I have received old products before and the packaging can vary, but overall it’s the best for chicken stock. Unfortunately the price has doubled or more in the past few months, maybe due to popularity or sourcing, which makes it hard to justify purchasing. If the price goes up anymore, I will not be buying, which is unfortunate as it has become a standard in my kitchen for the last 3-4yrs.

These are THE best broth packets. I discovered these when they were used in some mail order food prep kits and went looking for them so I could have some in my pantry. I think they’re a little pricey, but the flavor is so good that I keep them on hand. The taste is amazing! Cook a piece of meat, pour a packet of the broth into the skillet with a small pat of butter and you have an amazing sauce. If your soup needs a bit of pizazz, pour a packet in and you won’t be able to stop eating!I understand these are good for hikers, as you can mix the packets with water and drink them. I haven’t tried that but I’ll bet it’s good. Love these packets.
