This yoga mat is amazing quality, thick, cushioned, and super comfortable. It gives great support on hard floors and is easy to carry with the strap. The material feels durable and easy to clean. Honestly, it feels just as great as the expensive yoga mats but for a much better price.

It’s a cool color, it’s thick enough that I can put more pressure through my joints/muscles into the floor without discomfort and not too thick that it doesn’t feel supportive of your weight. Perfect yoga mat and perfect size, it’s quite long. This is my second time buying it, just because I lost my first when moving.

It’s bulkier than a thin yoga mat, so not the most compact, but the carrying strap helps. Great value for the price if you want comfort and support without spending a fortune.

I really love this yoga mat! The color is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It’s soft but still firm enough for good support—just the right balance. The size is great for most workouts, and it feels stable and non-slippery during yoga or stretching. If it were just a bit wider, it would be absolutely perfect. Non Stable Disappointing yoga mat
Highly disappointed in this mat. First time I have been burned by an Amazon Recommendation.PROS1. Super cushy -if primarily for shivasna or sleeping – this works wellCONS1. Not stable and stretches – the material decompresses or stretches when on it. e.g. when in downward dog the mat will slide and become longer. Quite ridiciluous for a yoga mat and dangerous. Ive tried it both ways (ridges up and down).2. Quality – its not Walmart foam quality but this was fraying at edges within a week and3. Won’t roll – Based on this material, the mat wont stay in a nice coil but always unrolls. This is probably why thye give you that “free” holder. But thats annoying to put on every time. Something to consider.

Habe sie vlt 5 mal benutzt, tut was sie soll, ist von beiden Seiten rutschfest aber hinterlässt Spuren wenn man was schweres drauflegt und dort sind dann knicke die auch nichtmehr rausgehen, für mich aber nicht schlimm. Das Band zum Tragen zieht sich zur Mitte der Matte wenn man die Matte zusammengerollt trägt, das kann nerven aber nichts schlimmes.

A very comfortable mat if you have sore knees or back. Any postures where knees & back are involved it’s great. It is so padded that it is a little more difficult to do balance postures easily on it.
