I don’t know what this stuff scientifically does to your body but wow! I sleep soooo much better when I use it before bed. My neurologist recommended I take it every night before bed and so glad he did. Highly highly recommend

Good Option – depending on how you’ll use
I like these. They seem to be a more straightforward supplement than a lot of other options are. I really like that they are a lower amount, because it’s easier to adjust to what is appropriate without taking too much (especially with magnesium, don’t need digestive issues!).Interestingly, I don’t notice the difference with these in situations where I’ve noticed the difference with other magnesium supplements in the past. For example, I usually will take extra magnesium after doing something atypical that is likely to make my muscles sore. I don’t with this. At the same time, it seems like this might stay in my system longer, so I’m not sure that it’s so much quality or accurate amounts as it is the rate at which this one gets absorbed and metabolized. Since my doctor suggested taking this nightly, that’s actually a good thing for me. However, I want to note it in case anyone is looking to take these on a more as needed basis.The pills are on the large side and are tablet form, a little chalky but barely. I don’t have any issues taking them at the same time as other pills, but I want to note this in case anyone looking at them has trouble with that sort of pill. I only occasionally have noticed a chalkiness after taking alone.

Good absorption.
Other magnesium compounds have caused diarrhea. This has not caused any GI issues at all. It is a big tablet so can be an issue if you have problems with this. However, it has a hard smooth surface and seems to slide down easily without starting to dissolve in your mouth.
