Great Quality Magnesium Supplement for a GREAT Price
Like most people, I don’t get enough magnesium in my diet (it’s more common than most think). I take this with a 3mg melatonin, and it’s made a big difference in how well I sleep. I fall asleep faster and don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore. No weird side effects or groggy feeling in the morning either. Just solid, peaceful sleep. I’ll definitely keep using it.

I love this brand it seems to work and get into my system a bit faster than other brands I have tried. It’s great for relaxation of tense muscles, neuropathy restless legs syndrome. Don’t take in the morning! 😂
Very effective for occasional constipation. Did not cause any cramping. Recommend taking before bed. Not in the morning. I work nights and had to make multiple trips to restroom. Happy with product.
