Going into my second year with this devotional and it is my absolute favorite! I’ve bought plenty devotionals over the years. I love how this one is not marked by the year so all I have to do is look at what day it is and read! Each page is filled with such a thoughtful word and scripture to back up her amazing wisdom! I’ve sent pages to my mom & sister to read. I read them to my kids and husband sometimes. They love it!! I had to come back and give my review bc I need everyone to know just how much I love this devotional. My only wish is that I could be more consistent with each day. But I do love that EVERYTIME I need it, it’s there ready for me to pick up. It’s perfect!! I’ve been struggling for years to figure out how to connect more with God on a regular basis. I am truly grateful for Joyce! My father raised me on her sermons & teachings and I will forever be thankful! This book is a GEM! God bless ❤️

By far the best daily devotional I have yet.
I really enjoy reading this every morning. I love the simple explanations, real life examples of how it ties to your own life. I like the small little statements at the bottom & the optional readings to expand on the day’s thoughts. Just a great little book to start your day with a positive thought and something to build on for the day.

Great Daily Devotional
It’s hard cover so study. Reading is easy since letters are a tad bigger than other devotions also. It will help with taking time daily for God. The only thing g it can use is a page marker, it doesn’t have one. Otherwise it’s a great purchase!

It’s almost November and I told my husband that I don’t want to get to the end of this devotional book. I may repeat it in 2026. It’s the best I’ve ever had and the only one I have ever continued through this whole year. I have texted screen shots a few times to share her words and scripture to someone in my family. I.love Joyce’s work. I read the battlefield of the mind a couple of years ago and although the message was lost on me at the time I’ve had epiphanies galore since. I wanted a serious devotional that is faith accurate and not watered down and I believe I found the right one for me.
