The ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is a fun, versatile tool for personal trainers, group fitness instructors, Pilates instructors, physical therapists, or anyone who wants to improve their balance and core strength. This lightweight, portable disc creates an unstable surface that can be used for a variety of purposes such as standing balance exercises, seated or kneeling Pilates core workouts, or prone movements like planks and push-ups. It can also be used as a seat cushion for both adults and children. One side features small bumps to provide traction and grip, while the other has more tactile, flexible raised bumps for a massaging effect. The disc may be used on either side, according to your preference. The stability disc is 14-inches in diameter and approximately 3-inches high, depending on how much you inflate it (not to exceed 5”). It comes with a hand pump so you can inflate it according to your needs and comfort level. As a parent of three young children—two of whom are neurodivergent—I’ve tried several balance discs to support sensory regulation and posture improvement, and the ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is one of the 2 brands that I think have comparable quality that I purchased from Amazon.The quality is excellent—the material is sturdy and well-made, and it holds up really well to daily use. I appreciate that it comes with a pump and is easy to inflate and adjust based on how firm or wobbly we need it to be.My kids use it for sensory input and to help with focus during seated activities. My youngest also uses it with her physical therapist to improve core strength and muscle tone. It’s been especially helpful for posture and sensory regulation.I also love using this disc for my own home workouts—it’s great for balance training, core exercises, and even as a seat cushion to encourage better posture while working.Highly recommend this for families looking for functional, versatile tools that support both kids and adults in staying active and regulated!

It is 13”, not 14”. With high bump texture
I just got the green one of these and measured the diameter at 13” just like all of the other nearly identical sit discs for sale on Amazon – it was not 14” as advertised. Perhaps it would get to 14” if you inflated it so much that it expanded outward, but I believe that degree of inflation would be excessive for this sort of product. Be aware that this one has a fairly aggressive bump texture on the surface which is probably great for some things, but for me, I’d be concerned about long duration sit comfort and wearing a hole in my work pants using it all day. Otherwise it looked good, and came with a simple little air pump.

Nice product but don’t count on the pump
For the money, the disc is sturdy and of good quality; it is comfortable and retains the air fairly well.However the pump is cheaply made. The needle is thin and broke the first time I used it. I had to buy another one from a store.
