Wow! This really works. I’ve noticed over the years that my posture has become abysmal so I started researching ways to help. This product fits great (Male 6’3” 205lbs), is comfortable and really helps keep posture in check. It isn’t a cure-all but it’s a great start and reminder to keep working on your posture

My husband and i are in our wellness journey and to add some sprinkle to the hot girl walks I go this weighted vest to add some resistance. Extra 6pound plus body weight can go a long way. It is very comfortable and padded in the shoulders and arm area. The thickness and quality is on point and is doe not constrict movement. Will give it 100!
