We love these! My 7 year old takes one in the morning and one at night during the winter, one per day during the summer. We haven’t been 100% sick free this year, but I have noticed a significant difference in frequency of getting sick as well as duration. She seems to be on the mend after a day or two vs in the past she’d be sick for a solid week when having a cold or flu.
