Not much to say. I use magnesium for various reasons and it seems to help all of those things. It will help keep you regular, help with nerves twitching and also helps with muscle cramps. Good stuff. More affordable than most brands and works just as well.I appreciate no pork or shellfish in this product.

I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Magnesium daily, and it really works! It helps with muscle relaxation, reducing cramps, and improving my sleep quality. The only downside is that the pill size is on the bigger side, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills, keep that in mind.Despite that, I highly recommend it because the benefits are worth it, and the capsules have no unpleasant taste or aftereffects. This magnesium worked for me but it did take a few weeks before I felt the differemnnce. Possibly because I was deficent so much my body needed to build up. I take it for muscle aches and pains
