60 Page Un-dated Daily Hourly Planner Notepad that consists of 4 vital sections. Time Blocking, Appointment Details, Tasks & Notes. Each sheet of paper has a blank spot to fill in the date and day. A VERY versatile format, this notepad is perfect for those that have both regular and unpredictable daily schedules. This notepad format is ideal for a company owner, for an office manager, or for an employee. Great to assist in setting and achieving goals, or identifying time management issues.
Daily Hourly Planner: Notepad Section 1. Today’s Scheduled Appointment Time Block. A quick at a glance view at the days scheduled appointments. Avoid over booking the same time slots. Simple section to indicate busy by marketing an “X” where time has been scheduled, for the duration scheduled. 15 minute increments for very productive time management. Section is from 6am to 8pm, with a blank spot to indicate outside hours.
Daily Hourly Planner: Notepad Section 2. Today’s Scheduled Appointment Details. Start Time, End Time, and Appointment Location. Indicate if the appointment is online, on the phone, or in person. Enter details, such as persons name or phone number, or zoom location. Enter appointments as they come in, they can be out of order, as Section 1 gives you a time block to mark unavailable.
Daily Hourly Planner. Notepad Section 3. Today’s Task List by Time of Day. List the Time of Day and the task performed. Being able to enter the time enables for someone to take one line to describe a task, or several. For a professional that spends a large portion of time in appointments, this could describe how appointments were prepared for. Some tasks take 5 minutes, some can take hours.
Daily Hourly Planner. Notepad Section 4. Notes Section. Because the notes section is parallel to the tasks section, one could make a note about the task, or the notes section can be used independently. At Life Charge LLC, we create simple solutions.

So useful in so many ways!
Super handy for more than activity tracking, I also use this to monitor progress on lengthier tasks, using columns for due date, start and finish. Or to categorize the activities. Really love the sheets for their simplicity and effectiveness.

    Great Weekly Calendar!
This notepad is great to write down items to complete over the week. I just wish there was a small spot for which month so could plan out for the month also! Maybe something future or I just bought the wrong item. But overall great value for money and more than enough for each week of the year!

Helpful organization tool for the helplessly disorganized.
I like the layout and size of this pad, which I use to help me plan out my days spent on the road as a home health case manager RN for a corporate healthcare system. It gives me plenty of space to write, and helps me to plan by priority and proximity. I think these are a perhaps a little pricey for what they are, but for someone like myself who struggles with organization, but must be able to be able to ensure that they have organized their time efficiently and effectively down to the minute for work, this is a really helpful tool. I use a mechanical pencil with a fine line to write, saves space and allows me the ability to erase.

    Great To Do List!
Love this product! I’m a list person and these help a ton. I have honestly bought a ton of notepads like this but this one is my favorite. It comes in a 2 pack so I keep one at home and one at work.Great product. Will be reordering

2nd Purchased & Will Keep Buying
Continues to be my go-to purchase for my office to-do list. Simple way to prioritize tasks. Holds up and doesn’t fall a part or rip off too easy, like other products I’ve used in the past.

    ADHD Teen Support
ADHD Teen was not able to manage getting work turned in on time. Normal lists weren’t helping. I finally found this with the individual days, check marks and priority rating. It sits on her desk during classes and she adds the info. It sits on the kitchen table in the evenings and we are able to track it and keep her accountable. It’s been only 2 weeks, but she hasn’t had a single missed or late project. 3 teachers have reached back out to say there’s been a night and day improvement. I will be buying these in bulk going forward.
