A Good Purchase
I bought this for my Husband. He works so much and I wanted him to see how hard. He ended up using it for motivation and has lost 15 pounds. This Fitbit is a lifesaver and has been a game changer in his fitness journey. It works great and the small sleek design is a perfect fit for him.

Love the small size and features
I took a lot of time writing a lengthy review and uploaded pictures but they wouldn’t accept my 5 star review due to community guidelines. I clicked to edit but all it did was want me to start over so hopefully this review will be acceptable.If you don’t want a bulky watch that has nice features this watch is great. This bundle includes the watch with 2 size bands, 2 screen savers and extra long charger plus shorter one with wall adapter plus a cleaning cloth.It was a little tricky attaching the bands with the push pin but other then that I’m very happy with the fitness watch. It’s gotten me more motivated about getting more steps in throughout the day. It seems fairly accurate and tracks my sleep and steps and other things. Hopefully it will be a good value and be durable.

Reliable Device for Most Features
Overall, we’ve liked our FitBits. The pros are being able to get interesting insights on sleep, temp variances, heartbeat, etc. You can also set alarms, use the timer, and integrate it with some of your phone’s features, like text. It’s also very fast charging and can go from 40% to 100% in about 30 minutes. All this is great, but the one major con is its steps and distance counter are wildly off. We played with settings, including stride length, and went all over forums looking for some way to get it accurate. Even with the lowest sensitivity, it will (for example) claim I’ve walked 5,000 steps on a day that I don’t get up from my desk for 5 hours straight due to work calls. It’s very bizarre. Then days that my husband and I are active shopping, walking, etc, it’ll say 1,500 steps (again, just an example). The main purpose of us buying them we’re to keep track of our steps and motivate each other. Oh well. At least the other features work and are helpful. We did end up buying new wrist bands that were more breathable and flexible, along with waterproof. I actually really encourage people to do that. It’ll make wearing them a lot easier.

Error was Fixed by Fitbit Update
I recently purchased my Fitbit Inspire 3 and encountered an issue with the installation process. Despite following the instructions to update the Fitbit from the app, the problem persisted even after reinstalling the app and leaving the device for a few hours. I also made sure to charge the Fitbit to 100% before installation.After contacting customer support, I was informed that there was a glitch preventing the clocks from changing on my Fitbit Inspire 3. I was advised to wait for the next update, and if the issue persisted, I could request a replacement. Fortunately, the update sent by Fitbit two weeks later resolved the update problem that created a glitch with changing the clock faces.While I’m satisfied with the Fitbit Inspire 3, I did encounter an issue with the screen protectors. The package was supposed to include two, but I only received one. The other package was empty, and I couldn’t find the missing protector. Despite this, I understand that this was a minor packaging error and does not reflect the performance of the Fitbit Inspire 3. Fitbit customer service said that I needed to contact the seller for this but it is so minor detail I left it like that.

The Fitbit went black . Less or around 30 .
I had this watch for a few days maybe a week past the 30 and it wouldn’t work probably less than 30. The screen went black and I did what I could but nothing worked. I had a Fitbit like this a couple years and I liked it worked.The company will not replace it and I am out $109.00 . I am hoping Amazon will replace it .

I was a little nervous buying from Amazon instead of Fibit as I’d done in the past but I’m glad I took the chance. It works well and I’m happy that this bundle included a charger with a long cord because the one that comes with the Fitbit is short.

Bands are too hard to change out
This is my second Fitbit. In the earlier version it was far easier to change out the bands so I did it all the time to match the band to what I was wearing. Having to retract the pin in this design is a lot harder and always breaks my fingernail. I don’t get why they did away with the easy snap on or off band feature.
