I am very happy with this little blanket!
This lovely little blanket arrived quickly and I was very pleased when I opened it. It is just what I need to help me relax at bedtime and also when I awake in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back to sleep. It has just the right pressure and feels like a hug. The 7 lb weight is perfect and so much easier to handle than the larger weighted blanket I purchased before it. Could not even use that one as it exhausted me to just pull it onto the bed! The quality of the little blanket seems very good although I have not yet washed it. Would recommend purchasing it.

Feels heavier then 7 pounds. I purchased it for my mom. I bought a smaller one cause she does not like things on her feet. Its pretty. I place it on the side of her body. She likes it because it comforts her. It helps her stay calm while sleeping. It is well made and I am confident it will last. Its the size as shown. I think the cost was exceptable.

If weighted blankets are too hot or too hard to wash…
This gives me that weighted blanket compression feeling over my shoulders and back without the overheating I usually get from a standard size weighted blanket! And at 7 lbs I would not be afraid to put it in my washing machine (label says machine washable gentle cycle). Definitely helps me sleep better.
