Delicious on meats
This is a great rub from ButcherBox and I appreciate that it has limited ingredients, all of which I can pronounce, and no sugar. It has a fresh, fragrant scent to it thanks to the garlic and onion. It’s a nicely balanced rub that works great for meats. I would suggest that the company align the ingredients on the listing with the ingredients on the bottle (remove the brown sugar on the listing that isn’t in the seasoning, as well as the mustard powder that’s not in this seasoning). This is easy to sprinkle or pour onto your meats and gives it a delicious flavor. Salt is the first thing, so don’t oversalt it afterwards. Excellent quality from ButcherBox.

Another ButcherBox Winner!
I’ve tried a few ButcherBox spices so far, and they’re all great! This one is no exception. You can really smell and taste the garlic, thyme and rosemary. My husband used this on a pork loin and I put it on roasted potatoes and veggies, and both dishes had great flavor! The price is on par with other similar quality spices, so this is a decent value for what you’re getting. I would recommend trying this and will be ordering more flavors ButcherBox!
